Static refrigeration system by expanded copper coil located in base and on the sides of the well to improve performance. Polyurethane insulation. Electronic thermostat, with digital display, to control and regulate the temperature on the frozen products well at the desired set point. NOTICE: These models are not designed to keep the frozen products for a period of time beyond a standard meal service (maximum duration of 3 to 4 hours). Outside service hours, the remaining product must be stored in a suitable environment for prolonged maintenance of frozen items.
