Description

Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Rear flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Cooking well made of stainless steel and bottom made of AISI 304. Hinged closing lid made of stainless steel. Motorized tilting system. Automatic water loading operated by pushbutton. Fixed water tap located on top. Satin finish AISI 304 tubular steel handle with front grip, joined to lid.
Heating by high efficiency steel burners. Gas supply by a multifunctional thermostatic valve. Pilot burner for the switching on of the main burners. Temperature adjustment from 100°C up to 285°C.
Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.
