Pressed working top in stainless steel AISI 304 10/10. Surface and cooking plate hermetically welded together in order to avoid gaps. Cooking plates in satin. 10 mm sloping surface to easily collect grease. 1,5 liters capacity grease collector. Pilot burners with piezoelectric lighting. Gas regulation with safety tap equipped with thermocouple or safety valve. Model without safety thermostat.
