Smooth and ribbed combination top plate, chrome coated, counter top. 15 mm thick griddle plate in ST 47 steel. 3 mm thick splash guard. Stainless steel grease collection drawer under front panel. Sloped cooking surface for easy maintenance with drain. Large sized draining drawer. Machined grooved plate. Thermostat temperature control (for electrical device). Double independent cooking surface. Insulated to prevent overheating and energy loss. Round corners to easy proper cleaning.
