Description

Electric fryer with working top and bowl in stainless steel AISI 304 and 10/10 thickness. Well capacity: 10 L. Drain valve located on the front panel, with safety plug-in for oil removal. Equipped with reinforced tilting heating elements for ease of cleaning and temperature controlled by an adjustable thermostat from 100° to 180°C. All models are equipped with main switch, safety thermostat and led indicator showing correct functioning. Drain extension cable supplied.
