The BBQ's frame is made of black painted iron with an anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment. It is weather-resistant, which is why it can be left outdoors after use. The shape and size of the griddle mean that the temperature changes from area to area, decreasing from the centre to the edges; hence the possibility of preparing different foods at the same time.
