Wet Bain-Marie with manual filling 2x GN 1/1

Description

Fully manufactured in stainless steel with satin finish. Wet bain-marie well with 190 mm depth to display pans with different heights. Drainage area slightly bent. Suitable for GN1/1 pans or subdivisions with a maximum depth of 150 mm. Subdivisions for GN1/1 included as standard accessories. Well with rounded corners inside to make cleaning operations easier, ensuring maximum hygiene. Electronic thermostat, with digital display, to control and regulate the temperature in the wet bain-marie well at the desired set point. Built-in water inlet with 1/2” ball valve with flat tap to fill the well. Minimum internal diameter of 32 mm for drain installation.
